It’s already been 5 months since my nose surgery. I had also been getting nose fillers consistently, and I had surgery with donated costal cartilage, so I wrote a nose surgery review because I wanted to share information. Among the comments, so many people said donated costal cartilage gets absorbed and the nasal tip comes down. So I compared photos from the 1-month mark, when my nasal tip was high, with now, and it definitely isn’t as high as it was at 1 month. I can see that it has dropped slightly. After seeing comments saying the nasal tip drops after surgery, I briefly went into a spiral imagining even revision rhinoplasty, but thankfully it didn’t turn out that way.
