I had rhinoplasty with an open approach, and I ended up with a large scar on the columellaㅠ The surgical scar has filled in inside my nose, so it looks bumpy. According to my doctor, there are things like scar injections, but they said they don’t really recommend getting them in the columella. How did you manage columellar scars?
