Day 8 after deviated septum and cosmetic surgery

I had septoplasty for a deviated septum together with cosmetic surgery, and it is day 8 after surgery. Yesterday, the splint was removed and I saw my nose for the first time. The bridge line from the side looks okay, but from the front, the left side of the nasal bridge is very subtly more swollen and raised, and I can feel it slightly when I touch itㅠㅠ Of course there is still swelling, so I think the nasal bridge and nasal tip are swollen and bulky, but can swelling become uneven? Personally, even after septal surgery, could the remaining still-deviated cartilage be pushing the skin on the left side of the nasal bridge, making the left nasal bridge skin slightly raised…
