On the morning of October 1, I had fat grafting to the under-eye area + cheeks + nasolabial folds. What I originally imagined was that the hollow under-eye area and nasolabial folds would be filled in, and the cheeks would gain just a little volume, but after actually doing it, I'm horrified by how different I look now. (It honestly feels like looking at a monster. ㅜ.ㅜ) I have to go back to work next week, so the swelling needs to go down to some extent before then, but as you can see in the photo, the cheek area has completely become like a bulldog. (The yellowish area under the eyes is where the bruising was.) I don't know whether this is because the swelling has moved downward, or whether this is the result of the fat grafting. For those who had cheek fat grafting! Is it normal for the cheek area to look like this around day 5 or 6? If this is because of swelling, will it become more naturally reduced if I wait another 1 or 2 days? In this state I can't even go to work.. I really regret it so much. I went ahead and did it because I was told I could normally return to work in about 1 week.. But looking at it now, I think I need at least about 2 weeks before I can return to daily life without it being obvious. These cheeks.. What if it's because the fat was injected incorrectly?
