It’s day 2 after 3-part facial contouring, and they told me to keep wearing the compression band, so I did, but I swelled up so much. I asked, and they said to take breaks for 20-30 minutes while wearing it. How did everyone do it? Maybe it’s because I haven’t taken it off even once, but my upper lip is really swollen. I want to wash my hair. On what day did everyone wash theirs? I have so many questions, but the hospital doesn’t explain things well
