Dieting too, of course I’m definitely eating less than usual, and my weight has gone down a lot too. But although the swelling has definitely gone down compared to before the stitches were removed, I can’t see it going down any further with my own eyes The arms themselves are okay, but the skin still hurts too Ugh, this is no small amount of pain and waiting.
