They said light walking is okay, but the clinic told me not to exercise for a month. So I tried walking 20,000 steps every day, but it doesn’t seem to help with the swelling, so I want to go to the gym and at least do the stair climber and treadmill. Does anyone know why they tell you not to exercise? I’m gaining weight and it feels like I’m actually swelling more Even if I leave out strength training, is cardio at the gym not allowed either? I used to exercise every day, so not being able to is so stressful
