The proportions of my nasal bridge and nasal tip didn’t match, the nasal tip looked low compared to the bridge, and even though I had rhinoplasty, the overall shape of my nose looked spread out. How should I put it? From the front, my nose didn’t look tall and defined, but rather flat, I guess. So I searched everywhere for a place good at revision rhinoplasty, then found a hospital and director that I really liked and got the revision surgery. They used the opposite ear from the one used during my first surgery. In the end, I’m a woman who used cartilage from both earsㅠㅠ Still, thankfully, the second surgery was successful, so I don’t think I’ll need to have nose surgery anymore…
