After getting breast surgery, when did you start doing chest exercises? I had it done with the dual-plane technique, and it’s been over half a year since I got my breasts done at a clinic, but I still haven’t done any chest exercises at all. I’m being extremely careful because I’m worried something might happen while exercising. I’m curious whether everyone here who got breast surgery and is over half a year post-op does chest exercisesㅠㅠㅠㅠ I used to go to the gym, but I haven’t gone even once since getting my breasts done, so I’m gaining weight like crazy. I urgently need to dietㅠㅠㅠ
