My natural nose had a low bridge and a high nasal tip, with a bulbous nose. Even before surgery, I had almost no bridge but a high tip, so my nostrils looked like the number 11. But because it was a bulbous nose, I was stressed about the rounded tip, so I had surgery at a clinic that does a natural-glam style. Of course, to make the nasal tip slimmer, the tip inevitably has to get higher.
