My original nose was such that my nostrils were not very visible from the front. After getting nose surgery, my nostrils are visible, but if I remove it, will they become less visible again, or will they become even more upturned? Has anyone had removal in this kind of case? ㅠㅠ Also, the structure has changed a lot, so what if I can’t breathe after removal?
