Will the thickness go down?

It has now been exactly 3 weeks since I had a full-incision double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty. Most of the visible swelling on the outside has gone down a lot.. If it stays like this, I think I could even try going for an inner double eyelid haha But there’s still no change in the thickness of the line. When I blink or close my eyes, the thick line is completely visible as it is. You know Jang Young-ran, who appears on TV these days, right? When you look at her.. just looking normally, it doesn’t really look obvious that she had double eyelid surgery, but when she blinks, the thickness of the line shows very clearly. It’s surprising how that thick line can tuck so neatly inside like that.... My mom says my eyes right now look exactly like Jang Young-ran’s eyes She says every time I blink, the severely thick line is completely visible... I thought that when the swelling went down, the line would get thinner too, but is that not the case?? If so, I seriously have to consider revision surgery.. Mine isn’t just thick; the shape is high only in the middle like a mountain peak, so the line really looks strange.... When the swelling goes down, will the line thickness also come down? I’m starting to miss my pre-surgery buttonhole shrimp eyes so much...
