I made a big decision to proceed with angel nose surgery, bulbous nose correction, and alar reduction, but for some reason, the alar reduction surgery was omitted and the procedure went ahead. They ignored my anxiety about having to undergo sedation anesthesia again, recommended revision surgery, and made me wait endlessly. They did not consider the recovery period after revision surgery, daily life, or work life at all. They spoke as if they were doing me a favor, saying they could refund me if I did not want it. On top of that, they demanded a discount regarding the combined discount price. They said they could only refund the alar reduction. The counseling manager absolutely would not connect me to anyone other than themselves. They said according to policy, no one except them...
