I was really torn between using an implant or going implant-free, but even though I had several in-person consultations, the chief director kindly consulted with me and recommended the shape and surgical method, so I ended up with a satisfying result haha. I’m happy that I got a natural-looking, high nose even without silicone haha. Maybe because it was implant-free, I was able to return to daily life quickly, and I’m satisfied with the shape, so I don’t think I’ll need revision surgery.
