It’s week 6 after bulbous nose and hump nose surgery. What I actually had done was 2 mm silicone, hump osteotomy, bulbous nose correction, alar reduction, and donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip. It feels like just yesterday that I was such a bundle of nerves after booking my nose surgery, but it’s healing pretty well and the swelling is going down quickly, so I’m happy with it. I just wish the nasal tip would slim down a bit more. I only told a very small number of people around me, so I can’t freely ask everyone how my nose looks, and it’s a little frustrating not knowing most people’s reactions haha. When I gradually tell one or two friends who know me that I had nose surgery, their reaction is that it really just looks refined, and that they wouldn’t have known if I hadn’t said anything.
