Two-month review after revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage. For fat grafting, I only had it done on my forehead, front cheekbones, and nasolabial fold area. I think they said this also counts as full-face. At first, there was a lot of swelling and my nasal bridge felt hard, so I worried for nothing, but now it has become much more natural.
