Review of revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage

When I first had nose surgery, I used silicone, but I didn’t like the shape, and I also hated that my nostrils were visible from the front, so this time I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. I was a bit scared about harvesting the autologous costal cartilage, but even though I’m the type to be quite dramatic about pain, it was a tolerable level of pain. They harvested it quickly, and I told them I wanted a line where my nostrils wouldn’t show, and they made it exactly into the shape I wanted. I’m really so grateful I don’t think the director is famous for revision rhinoplasty for nothing. His personality is great, he has a lot of knowledge about nose surgery, and the consultant who did the consultation also didn’t pressure me or anything like that…
