I had nose surgery, a Cogellko rhinoplasty, and I had the Cogellko procedure with silicone and ear cartilage. It looks natural, and if I don’t tell people around me, they have no idea at all. Even when I tell them, they sometimes go, “Huh?” lolololol But it’s better than not having done it, and my bulbous nose correction didn’t really work because I went for a natural look I got greedy, so honestly I regret not making it higher. But I totally recommend it for people who like a natural look.
