After my first surgery, the asymmetry and slight crookedness of my nose were a bit visible, but after this revision surgery, I think it has improved a lot. Right after the nose revision surgery, I was so amazed that the line had been created, so I took a lot of side-profile photos, but these days I’m even full of confidence from the front too lol. Thanks to the fat grafting, my facial lines also feel neatly refined, and I used autologous costal cartilage, but the scar still looks slightly reddish. Well, I’m sure that’ll get better. It’s still fascinating that my face looks shorter, even though it isn’t actually shorter.
