I had surgery for nasal tip osteotomy, long nose, and bulbous nose without an implant by Director B.M.S. I didn’t get silicone inserted, but the shape came out really pretty. The line is natural too, and at first glance it looks slim and well-defined, so I’m satisfied. I had heard about their bus ads from time to time, so only the name was somewhat familiar lol. But after actually going there, the consultation atmosphere was comfortable. Honestly, even while going there, I did have a bit of prejudice because it’s a large clinic, but they explained the things I was curious about in great detail, which was unexpected. When deciding the design, maybe they were really sincere about it, because they tried it several times, which I liked lol. It’s near a station, so transportation is super convenient. Good
