This is my 6-month review after revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage at a plastic surgery clinic. Since something was inserted, aside from a slight foreign-body sensation I sometimes feel when I touch it, I have no discomfort and now just live with it like it is my own nose. My goal was for it to look naturally higher, as if I had and had not had surgery, and I like it. I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage for both the nasal bridge and nasal tip by Director Kim Hyun-joo, along with saddle nose correction and osteotomy.
