I had it as my first cosmetic surgery in my early 20s. I didn’t know anything and didn’t shop around for many consultations, but now that 4 years have passed, I’m quite satisfied and live as if my nose was originally high-bridged. I do think it’s impossible for a nose to look completely unoperated on, but my older sister said honestly it doesn’t look that noticeable, so people might not know if I don’t tell them.
