I had cosmetic surgery with silicone and donated costal cartilage, plus rhinitis and septal correction. Yesterday I managed with the PCA I got at the hospital, but after coming home, it hurt so much from nighttime that I got through it by taking extra painkiller, Tak-Sen. Personally, Tylenol has no pain-relieving effect for me, so I kept taking that… I was worried I’d get dehydrated, so I drank five 330 ml bottles of Pocari Right now, except for not being able to breathe through my nose, the pain is okay haha. As for the shape, when changing the gauze, I don’t think the nostrils looked uneven
