Rhinoplasty revision (autologous costal cartilage)

I had this revision rhinoplasty a very long time ago. Back then, because I didn't have nasal-ala narrowing done, even after surgery I was stressed from the broad nasal alae and wanted to remove that broad-nose feeling, so I discussed it with Dr. An and chose autologous costal cartilage. The nasal tip became a little higher, and the nasal alae looked a bit narrower too. As for post-op pain, it was quite manageable; bruising was almost none, swelling was not large, and I was surprised there was no bleeding. Only when I used cotton did I feel nasal mucous membrane congestion, and the dressing seemed to feel too painful, maybe because of the taping. I truly didn’t really feel much swelling. Other than that, it was okay.
