For my first surgery, I had silicone + septal cartilage + bulbous nose correction, and I got it done at a pretty well-known place, but the result was seriously not good… I honestly felt like my bulbous nose hadn’t improved at all, so I had it redone this time For reference, I had been going around to clinics to use autologous costal cartilage, but one place took an X-ray and the result showed it was calcified, so I used donated rib cartilage I almost gave up even on that, but they said using 2 pieces of donated rib cartilage would fix it more firmly than 1 piece, so I went ahead with it. Maybe it’s just in my head, but it does feel kind of more solid The shape definitely seems okay. But then what were the places that said autologous costal cartilage would work… they said that without any testing…
