Usually people say the day of surgery is day 1, so to make the counting easy, I’ll also call the day of surgery day 1. I finally showered. I had liposuction on my arms, abdomen, and back flanks, plus fat grafting to the breasts, so I have incision holes like this: 2 at the elbows, 1 at the lower abdominal panty line, 1 near the tailbone on the buttocks, and 2 in the armpits. Only the buttock area currently has stitches. The other areas have Dermabond. After disinfecting, the hospital put me in the compression garment the next day and said I could shower right away from the next day, but being allowed to do it and being able to do it are completely different, so for me, it was impossible for now.
