It feels like it’s gradually moving downward, even down to my wrists. I didn’t know the bruising would be this bad. My mom bought a bruise cream from the pharmacy and I applied it, but the amount is so small and it doesn’t seem to be fading quickly. I heard vitamin C bruise cream helps it heal faster. Has anyone tried applying it?
