I’ve been lifting weights for almost 10 years. If someone who works out consistently like this gets liposuction, would they probably have to take a long break from exercise? I think people who have worked out for a long time all have some area on their body where a particular pocket of fat just won’t come off and bothers them. What were your experiences like? In my case, I think resting for about a week would be okay, but I hope I wouldn’t have to rest longer than that.
