I had rhinoplasty with 25 mm silicone and donated costal cartilage, and I’m 6 months post-op. Over about the past week, my nasal tip, which used to look pointed, has come down a bit more naturally and become blunter. The nasal tip has also become softer. This isn’t a problem, right? And until when does the nasal tip shape keep changing?
