Hospitals usually tell you not to smoke or drink for a month after surgery, right? Saturday was exactly the 2-week mark, but I got so angry while watching baseball that I ended up drinking and smoking. I’m worried there might be signs that I’ll get inflammation or scarring, and now I feel like I’m having fake pain around my eyes for no reason. I thought maybe if I knew the symptoms, I could prepare for them.
