I’m on day 47 after revision cheekbone surgery due to cheekbone nonunion. The director doesn’t recommend pin removal because it was a revision surgery, but is there anyone who has had pins removed after revision cheekbone surgery? When do most people remove them after surgery? Were there any side effects after pin removal? Nonunion won’t happen again, right?
