I had surgery on the 5th and got the outer stitches removed today. I have to go back on Monday or Tuesday to get the inner stitches removed, so I’m already going crazy over having to take another day off, but when I looked in the mirror, my nasal tip was so round and bulbous that it looked like a big round nose. (You know Lee Mi-yeon’s nose ^^;; It’s like an unattractive version of that..) When will this swelling go down? And honestly, I didn’t tell anyone that I was getting surgery, so I was planning to just say at work that I lost weight or something (because they said the swelling would go down after just 1 week). But this actually makes me look like I gained even more weight. If I say I didn’t have surgery, will they not believe me? My goal was for people to think, “Something changed and she got prettier, but what changed?” so I asked the doctor to make it as natural as possible.. Can the people around you really all tell that you had surgery? I mean coworkers. They do see my face every day, but they’re still not my friends, so would they know all about my old nose shape and bridge height? Should I just say I had surgery? I’m so torn..
