I think this is exactly what a “broker” is.

I had been recommending decent hospitals, but for a while I’m switching over to getting rid of brokers.. --; Anyway, the top part of that image was taken from a cosmetic surgery-related community on Portal D. (I won’t disclose the source.) There are over 2,000 registered members, but only about 100 visitors. As far as I know, basically on Portal D communities, even if you open the community without logging in, the visitor count goes up. In other words, the conclusion is that someone opened one internet window and repeatedly registered through that window. When I checked, on that day the number of registrants was far higher than the captured part showed, and the day before, almost 2,000 people had joined. And when I checked the community profile, the member count went from around 12,000 to over 18,000 in just 2 weeks. After confirming the hospital name, I checked in this community as well. There were quite a few questions on the Q&A board, and there were also a fair number of comments saying they had surgery at that hospital in response to those questions. I think I saw about 10 people who said they had surgery at that hospital. And in the reviews, there were 3 postoperative result reviews.... 2 were dissatisfied. 1 said they were satisfied with the line a few days after surgery. There were no photos. Then I turned my attention back to Overture. (Bottom part of the capture) When I searched, they were not advertising online and did not even have a homepage. (((Note: For the numbers in the captured part (bottom), in that hospital’s case, you can see them as being almost at rock bottom in search volume across the 4 major portals compared with other hospitals.))) It doesn’t matter whether that hospital performs procedures well or poorly, or whether they are specialists or non-specialists. But I really don’t think it’s right to deceive people considering surgery through a clever method that increases the member count and makes the community look active. ps - Even if you happen to find out the hospital name, I would appreciate it if you refrained from making it public.
