I'm finally getting myself together and posting... I thought I had a bulbous nose, but the doctor said I actually don't have much flesh at the nasal tip, and that my nasal alae are wide, so I had alar base reduction, silicone inserted, and because the tip was already high, I think they slightly built it up with AlloDerm... But it hurt so, so much... when they were adjusting the silicone and incising and suturing the nasal alae... maybe the anesthesia hadn't worked enough... I cried my eyes out while having the surgery... I never want to do it again. It hurt so much and was so scary. Actually, this was my 4th cosmetic surgery, but the nose is really, compared with the eyes... sob!! I would have no wish left if the swelling just goes down prettily without side effects. My honest real older brother said my nose got smaller and the bridge looks natural, so I'm feeling relieved.
