I had consultations at 3 places in total,.. At two places, they said I had sagging skin, so it needed to be removed and I needed a full-incision procedure.. They also said some fat should be removed from my eyes... The last place I went to said that although it’s small, I already have a natural double eyelid, so rather than doing a full incision and leaving a scar for life, I should do a partial incision.. (Dr. Ryu, who apparently doesn’t often recommend full incision) They also said I probably barely need any fat removal.. They even said I might need fat grafting instead.. But they said the line can only be raised about 2 mm from the line I currently have.. They said if it’s raised more, the line could become doubled and create a distorted sausage-like fold. I’m really glad to hear I don’t need a full incision.. But one thing I’m worried about is that if the sagging skin isn’t removed, the area below the line might look thick, or the double eyelid might not tuck in neatly and could look slightly loose... I like a clear double eyelid that tucks in when I open my eyes.. I don’t know what to do... Is partial incision possible even if there is sagging skin? Can I still have a clear double eyelid? And they use a thin wire to mark the line, right? After surgery, does it become a natural line like that? Or does it become a clear line that folds inward? Those who’ve had surgery, please help me~
