Anyone who didn’t need medial canthoplasty but had it..

Is there anyone like that?? I just came back from a consultation today.. Three places in Apgujeong.. I already have double eyelids, but my eye length is really short.. My double eyelids were made with glue back in school, so they’re a bit faint. So I decided on surgery because I wanted a fresher, more defined eye shape.. I went to three places: Cheonㅈㅎ, ㄷㅇ, and ㄷㄹ.. Cheonㅈㅎ is said to be famous for doing medial canthoplasty well.. is that right?? ^^ But Dr. Cheon said that although my interpupillary distance isn’t wide, that number alone isn’t absolute.. and since my nasal alae are narrow, even if I do medial canthoplasty, it won’t look too close-set. But they said even with medial canthoplasty, they could only open it by 1 mm. At ㄷㅇ, they said there’s no real need to do medial canthoplasty. So when I asked about lateral canthoplasty, they said it’s often just for show because it sticks back together anyway.. They said I already have double eyelids, so maybe I don’t even need surgery and should just be satisfied with how I am ^^;; At ㄷㄹ too, they said if I do medial canthoplasty, my eyes could look too close-set. Instead, the manager there recommended lateral canthoplasty.. They said lateral canthoplasty could be opened by about 1.5 mm. At all three places, since I don’t have much fat in my eyes, they recommended single-knot continuous buried sutures. What I’m worried about is.. whether it’s okay to do medial canthoplasty. Even if it can’t be opened very much, I feel like my eye shape would look different to some extent.. And I heard that Dr. Cheon makes medial canthoplasty look really fresh and open.. if it’s only 1 mm, will it barely show?? ^^ Looking at my facial contours, it may be true that lateral canthoplasty would suit me better.. although my face is somewhat slim.. my face width is on the broad side.. I’m really jealous of people whose faces are long and narrow.. There are so many stories about lateral canthoplasty sticking back together, so I’m hesitant.. Has anyone had success with lateral canthoplasty at ㄷㄹ?? The manager said no one had ever told them their lateral canthoplasty stuck back together.. My surgery is planned for next Monday, so I need to decide by tomorrow or so. I’d really appreciate everyone’s advice~~
