Partial incision + buried suture + medial epicanthoplasty + fat removal, day 3

After really debating for several years, I finally went through with it~ haha First, my eyes were already on the long and large side, and when I drew eyeliner, I had very thin inner double eyelids. Everyone around me tried to stop me, but I went through with it for “self-satisfaction”~ When I went to the clinic, they said buried suture would be possible, but considering the future, they recommended incision. So we decided to make about a 5 mm incision in the center, remove the fat, and tie knots on both sides. I had Mongolian folds, so they opened the front from the inside. Maybe techniques have improved these days.. they opened it from the inside so it wouldn’t leave a scar.. In the enlarged photo, that’s the stitch sticking out~ haha Anyway, I measured it now and it’s 8 mm.. My friends say this isn’t that swollen.. But I feel like my face is swollen too, my eyes are very swollen, and I’m worried the thickness is too thick.. I told the doctor I wanted about 6 mm. Anyway, how is my line?? When will the swelling go down?? And I’m not sure if my right eye is a bit more swollen or bigger.. Is it very noticeable?? And lastly, the clinic told me to ice it for only one day and apply ointment.. Can’t I do cold and warm compresses?? I talked too much.. It’s my first time, so I have so many questions.. Please leave lots of replies~~^^
