Even when I want to get cosmetic surgery, whenever I think about silicone side effects, I get scared and think I should not do it. But if I go implant-free, my glabella and nasal bridge are on the low side compared with my orbital rim projection, so I feel like I may need to use silicone, and I'm conflicted. I heard that in the past, a lot of problems occurred when L-shaped silicone or silicone in the nasal tip was used, but these days they only place it in the nasal bridge, so I wonder if there are no major issues. I guess everyone is doing it while accepting these risks.
