Can non-incisional ptosis correction really come undone?

First of all, I was told my eyes are suitable for non-incisional ptosis correction. Then that means incisional is also possible, right? Since I was thinking that if non-incisional was possible, I would do it non-incisionally, I didn't ask about incision during the consultation. But after the consultation, I heard that non-incisional can come undone, so I'm worried. I already have inner double eyelids, and the main procedure is epicanthoplasty, so they said the non-incisional ptosis correction would be done just enough to naturally match the epicanthoplasty. I don't have anything like ptosis either, so I think the eye-shape correction will probably be done only slightly. My skin isn't thick either...
