It’s my first time getting nose surgery. Is there anything before or after that made you think, I wish I had done this? I heard pumpkin juice or other foods don’t help, and that walking is helpful for reducing swelling. If there’s anything you regretted or wished you had done, please recommend it. Things like what I should have told the doctor are good too. I want the swelling to go down quickly because of my work start schedule, and that’s what I’m worried about.
