I’m thinking of getting septal surgery to address my rhinitis, and if possible, I want to use the septal cartilage to raise just the tip of my nose too. Function is the top priority for me first of all, but I wonder if there are also cases where people really end up satisfied after raising the tip. I’m not expecting much and I want it to look natural, but somehow I’m starting to have expectations too
