My upper eyelid tissue was really thick and saggy, so it covered about half my eyes. I tried getting double eyelid surgery, and at first there was some swelling, so I thought it would be effective, but as time passed the sagging tissue came down, and it became worse than not having done it. I think it would be better to get a lifting procedure first
