Honestly, my nose does get blocked occasionally, but I don’t usually live thinking that I have rhinitis. In this case, is there any possibility of getting actual-expense insurance coverage for functional nose surgery? Does it have to be dramatically bad to qualify? ㅠㅠ I want to get my eyes and nose done together, and if possible, I’d like to receive actual-expense insurance benefits to make it cheaper
