I’m planning eye surgery, and rather than round eyes, I want eyes that look horizontally elongated. What surgery would I need for that? My eyes are already somewhat slit-shaped to begin with, so I’m thinking about ptosis correction or inner double eyelids, but if I get canthoplasty, could I get the kind of eyes I want?
