They say that if you get lateral canthoplasty, it almost always reattaches. Is there anyone who had it done and is okay? When I went for a consultation, they recommended lateral canthoplasty, saying I need to open it a little because my horizontal eye length is short too I’m planning to go to other places too, but if the horizontal length is short, you have to do either medial canthoplasty or lateral canthoplasty, right? The director didn’t recommend medial canthoplasty because of the lacrimal caruncle and suggested upper canthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty
