Could anyone tell me places that are good at rhinoplasty? There are so many ads that it's hard to judge. Sigh, it's my first surgery, and when I look here, this seems good, and then costal cartilage and silicone, everyone says different places are good, and procedures are good too. It's so difficult. Please give me recommendations. I live in Busan and am in Gangnam now, so while I'm here, I'm trying to get consultations at several places
