Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

Has anyone had nose surgery like this?

Like in the example photo, at 30 to 45 degrees, the nostril wing on the opposite side is visible. 1 When I usually look at photos of people who had surgery, the opposite nostril wing isn’t visible. Is it just a difference in angle, or is it a nose issue? 2 Can this be resolved just with removal of fatty tissue in a bulbous nose and the nasal bridge, or would the columella and nostril wings also need to be touched?
