It's been 18 days since my jaw surgery, and my jaw looks uneven. It doesn't seem like swelling; the left jaw is just more blunt. My face was already not perfectly symmetrical, so my cheekbones were uneven too, but after surgery it seems the asymmetry got worse, and I'm upset.. Human feelings are fickle.. I was happy just the other day that the surgery ended safely, but now I only see my shortcomings in the mirror...
