Considering a 3rd cheekbone surgery

My cheekbone surgery didn’t go well the first time, so I had revision surgery, but when I wake up in the morning it hurts as if my facial bones are being pressed, and my sleep apnea has become severe too, so I think I need another revision surgery. At the hospital where I had the revision surgery, if I say it hurts or something, they just say it’s because of my age, and communication doesn’t work, so I don’t even want to talk to them. I was naturally good-looking, and I can’t understand myself for why, after getting older and being in my late 30s, I had cosmetic surgery or what state of mind I was in Now I’m almost in my mid-40s, but since I still look young, appearance matters too, but I just hope I won’t be in pain. I had it done at a hospital that only does revision surgeries, and the surgery fee was also absurd…
