For my first surgery, the silicone was placed too high, so it showed through badly and it looked very obvious that I had surgery. So I left the nasal tip alone and only had the silicone removed. But my nose is low, so it feels kind of plain, and I’m thinking about filler or revision surgery. Which would be better? I’m getting a bit older now, so surgery honestly feels a little burdensome ㅜ
